About the role
You will deliver and run ServiceNow for enterprise and public-sector clients — ITSM processes, service catalog, workflow automation, and the CMDB discipline that makes the platform trustworthy. Configuration and scripting both, on-site with the teams who live in the platform daily.
What you'll do
- Configure and administer ServiceNow: users, groups, roles, ACLs, update sets, and instance health.
- Build and maintain ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and service catalog items with Flow Designer.
- Develop with the Glide stack: business rules, script includes, client scripts, and UI policies — to standards, not sprawl.
- Design integrations via REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers with enterprise systems.
- Maintain CMDB integrity: discovery, data sources, and reconciliation.
- Support upgrades, patching, cloning, and release cycles with documented, testable changes.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (admin, developer, or both).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent demonstrated depth.
- JavaScript proficiency in the ServiceNow Glide environment.
- Solid ITSM process understanding (ITIL foundations).
- Experience in public-sector or similarly controlled environments.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) or implementation-specialist certifications.
- ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps module experience.
- Service Portal / Employee Center development.
- Performance Analytics and reporting depth.
